Check-in starts from 15.00. You have to check out by 12:00.

The price of a suite is applicable to 2 adults.
The price of a family room is valid for 2 adults and 2 children aged 3-15 (incl).
Free accommodation for children under 3 years of age.

NB! The parking area in the territory of Tervise Paradiis is paid 24 hours a day! More information: http://www.terviseparadiis.ee/parking.

In 2024 the maintenance days of the water park and sauna centre are 12.11  and 03.12.
In 2025 the maintenance days of the water park and sauna centre are 14.01, 11.02, 11.03, 08.04, 13.05, 14.10, 11.11 and 02.12.
On the maintenance day, the water park and sauna centre are closed and will be opened on the following day at 15:00. The aerobics gym, fitness gym and swimming pool are open.  During maintenance days hotel quests can visit sauna and water centre in Tervis Medical Spa free of charge (3 h ).
We would like to draw your attention that it is mandatory to wear spa shoes with rubber soles in the sauna and water center.
Every month on the second Wednesday: maintenance day in the bowling alley of Tervise Paradiis. On maintenance days, bowling is opened from 19:00.
Sauna centre „Paradiisi Saunad“ is closed for maintenance 25.08-30.08.2025..
Swimming pool is closed for maintenance 25.08-30.08.2025.
Waterpark is closed for maintenance 01.09-06.09.2025. On this period hotel clients can visit saunacentre „Paradiisi Saunad “ free of charge.

All of the rooms are allergy-free. Consequently, pets are not allowed in our hotel.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Your order can be cancelled during a period not exceeding 3 days (72 hours) before the date of start of provision of the services. In order to cancel your order please send a respective notice to address hotell@spa.ee. In case of return of the advance payment Tervise Paradiis has the right to withhold 10% of the advance payment as a booking cancellation fee. In order to change your order please make a new order and cancel the previous one. When a new order is made a change of the price and availability is possible. In case of a late cancellation or failure to arrive at the hotel Tervise Paradiis has the right not to return the advance payment. If Tervise Paradiis has born any specific expenses due to your order, you must compensate Tervise Paradiis for such expenses.
