Guest Information – Welcome to Kalev Spa Hotel

We are pleased to welcome you and hope you enjoy your stay. Please read the following useful information about your reservation, services, and amenities.

Reservation Policy

1. Reservations can be guaranteed with a credit card or deposit payment.
2. Guaranteed reservations can be cancelled without charge until 18:00 on the arrival day. In case of a no-show or late cancellation, the first night’s room rate will be charged.
3. For cancellations or late arrival notifications, please contact our reception by phone at +372 649 3300 or by email at info@kalevspa.ee.

Check-in and Check-out

Check-in begins at 15:00. Check-out is by 12:00 on the day of departure.

If you arrive before check-in or wish to stay at the spa after check-out, you can purchase day tickets or family passes with a 50% discount. This offer is available on the same day of arrival or departure. Please note: Kalev Spa is a certified Green Key Hotel. Room cleaning is available on request. Please inform reception if you would like your room to be cleaned during your stay.

Restaurant Allee

Breakfast is served daily from 07:30 to 11:00 in the restaurant.

Enjoy a pre-ordered two-course dinner from the Allee restaurant menu at a special price of 35 € per person.

Water Park and Fitness Club

Opening hours:

• Monday to Friday: 6:30 to 22:00
• Saturday and Sunday: 8:00 to 22:00
• Summer period (20 June to 31 August): 8:00 to 22:00 daily

Don’t forget to bring your swimsuit. Reusable spa slippers are available at the hotel reception for 6 euros per pair. If you would like to join Body & Mind or Fitness group classes, please book your spot in advance at the Water Park reception.
