Your booking

Check-in from 15:00 and check-out until 12:00. The room is kept for the guest on the arrival day until 18:00. For later arrivals, please notify the reception in advance by phone +372 766 6390 or email info@wagenkull.ee.

The accommodation price includes a rich buffet breakfast, unlimited access to the spa and sauna centre during opening hours, as well as bathrobes and slippers in the room.

Breakfast is served at restaurant Kübar ja Kaabu:
• Mon–Fri 7:30–10:00
• Sat, Sun 8:00–11:00 (including public holidays)

The spa and sauna centre is open daily from 9:00 to 22:00.

Treatments (including those in packages) must be booked in advance by calling +372 5981 2455 or emailing spa@wagenkull.ee.

All castle rooms are hypoallergenic, therefore pets are not allowed in castle rooms. Accommodation with pets is only allowed with prior booking in selected rooms located in the Park House. The additional fee for a pet is 25 €/night. If arriving with a pet without prior reservation, the hotel reserves the right to refuse accommodation. A penalty of 150 € per pet applies for rule violations.

Smoking in rooms is strictly prohibited! A penalty of 200 € applies.

Cancellation

To cancel a reservation, please email info@wagenkull.ee.

• 48 hours before arrival — 10% of prepaid amount
• 47–25 hours before arrival — 50% of the first night
• Less than 24 hours or no-show — 100% of the first night
• The hotel may retain a 10% service fee upon refund
• Any additional costs incurred must be compensated

Extra beds for children

0–3 years in a baby cot — free of charge (limited availability).
Up to 6 years (incl.) without extra bed — free of charge.
Extra bed up to 13 years (incl.) — 25 €/night.
Extra bed from 14 years — 50 €/night.

Parking is free. Parking spaces are located behind the castle and near the Park House. Please do not park in front of the castle.
