The price includes:
buffet breakfast, unrestricted use of spa and sauna area, bathrobe, slippers and VAT.

Spa and sauna centre is open every day 9.00-22.00

Spa treatments (including treatments included in the package) must be booked in advance by calling +372 5981 2455 or by emailing spa@wagenkull.ee

Arrival and departure:
Check in on arrival day from 15:00, check out latest by 12:00. Room will be kept for the client until 18:00 on arrival day. Please inform hotel reception in case your arrival is later than 18:00 by phone +372 766 6390 or by e-mail info@wagenkull.ee

Booking and cancellation terms:
All reservations must be guaranteed with credit card or you can make a 100% prepayment.
To cancel your booking please send an e-mail to info@wagenkull.ee
– Cancellations 48 hours prior arrival will be charged 10% from the total sum;
– Cancellations 47-25 hours before arrival will be charged 50% from the first night;
– Cancellations 24 hours before arrival or in case of no-show will be charge 100% from the first night.
Hotel has the right to keep 10% of the prepaid amount as a service fee in case of cancellation.
If the hotel has incurred costs specifically related to your booking, you must reimburse these.

Extra bed:
Children up to 3 years for FREE;
Accommodation for child up to 6 y.o. is free of charge if he/she sleeps in the same bed with adults. We advice you to book an extra bed under extra services, so child could sleep separately from you. Price for one extra bed is 25 €/night.
Extra bed for a child 7-17 years – costs 25€/night and price is automatically calculated to your rate.

All rooms in the castle are allergy-free and therefore pets are not allowed in the castle rooms. Accomodation with a pet is allowed only with advance reservation in some rooms located in Pargimaja. Additional charge for a pet is 25 €/night. If you arrive with a pet without prior reservation, the hotel has the right not to accept guests. In case of violation of the rules, a fine of 150 €/pet applies.

Smoking in the rooms is strictly prohibited! In case of violation of the rules, a fine of €200 applies.

Parking:
Parking is free of charge. Please do not park cars in front of the castle.
