All of the rooms are allergy-free. Consequently, pets are not allowed in our hotel.

The price of a suite is applicable to 2 adults.
The price of a family room is valid for 2 adults and 2 children aged 3-15 (incl).

From May 1, 2024, parking at the hotel is paid. You can leave your car in the parking lot if there are places available. It is not possible to book a parking place in advance. Please familiarize yourself with the parking terms here

NB! The maintenance days of the Leisure Centre are 16.04, 21.05, 16.07-17.07, 15.10, 9.-12.12.2024. On maintenance day, the Leisure Centre (the saunas, pool and gym) is closed. Swimming in the morning takes place in exercises pool at 6:30-8am. During maintenance days hotel quests can visit water centre (except sauna center Paradiisi Saunad) in Tervise Paradiis free of charge (3 hours, except sauna center Paradiisi Saunad) and gym in Tervise Paradiis free of charge . We would like to draw your attention that it is mandatory to wear spa shoes with rubber soles in the sauna and water center.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Your order can be cancelled during a period not exceeding 3 days (72 hours) before the date of start of provision of the services. In order to cancel your order please send a respective notice to address hotell@spatervis.ee. In case of return of the advance payment Tervis Medical Spa Hotel has the right to withhold 10% of the advance payment as a booking cancellation fee. In order to change your order please make a new order and cancel the previous one. When a new order is made a change of the price and availability is possible.In case of a late cancellation or failure to arrive at the hotel Tervis Medical Spa Hotel has the right not to return the advance payment. If Tervis has born any specific expenses due to your order, you must compensate Tervis Medical Spa Hotel for such expenses.
